AdMob, the leading mobile advertising provider, has reached the milestone of serving 20 billion mobile ads. The company has grown by leaps and bounds and has some staggering numbers to present.
In the one year period of March 2007 – March 2008, the company has progressed tremendously from 500 million ad impressions per month to an astounding 2.5 billion ad impressions per month. Interestingly, AdMob’s 20th billion ad impression came from India, one of the fastest growing mobile markets in the world. It was an ad for HDFC bank displayed in Cricinfo’s mobile site.
One of the things that make AdMob stand out from the rest is its impressive clientele. In fact, it has the most impressive clientele in the world. Both Google and Yahoo use AdMob for mobile advertising solutions. Need I say more?
