Get mobile ads, get cash - says Pumbby

Alright; here’s yet another way to make money from your mobile phone. You get text messages on your mobile phone day in and day out, right? How about getting paid to read those text messages? Sound good? Read on.

Pumbby, a Belgian company, has come up with this brilliant idea where you get paid for getting text messages on your mobile phone. As a mobile user, you need to sign up to Pumbby online and give some information like the network you use and the number of ads you’d like to get on your mobile phone. Once you do, Pumbby will send you ads in the form of WAP links through SMS (text messages). For every ad, you’ll be paid 0.44 Euro. If you’re in the U.S., that comes around $0.68. Not bad for a text message, eh?

Pumbby has launched this service in Brussels last month and the response has been good. It has plans to extend this service to other countries slowly and when it does, I have no doubt that it will find lots of takers. I mean, how cool is that? If you get ten ads per day, that makes up to $7 – without moving a muscle. Well; actually you do move your finger muscles, but then… :)

I’m as excited as you are and will jump on this service once it reaches my place. How about you?
